You grant New Hues the right to use any tickets, requests, or communications you submit to us (“Tickets”) for internal training and development purposes. This includes but is not limited to improving our services and training our staff.
We will anonymise any personal or sensitive information contained in your Tickets before using them for training purposes to protect your privacy.
All services performed by us for you are your property once payment is received in full. You have the right to use these services and designs for personal or commercial purposes.
You grant us the right to display completed designs in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials. If you do not wish for your designs to be used in this manner, please notify us in writing.
We agree to keep all client information and project details confidential and will not disclose any information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.
While we strive to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee that our services will meet your specific requirements or expectations. We will work to the best of our ability to perform the tasks you give us, but this does not mean it will be performed immediately or first time. Please be patient with us and we will be patient with you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Hues shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You may terminate your agreement with us at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for services rendered will be due immediately.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for any violation of these Terms.
