When you choose which task you want to purchase, and go through the checkout, you will be directed to a page with a form on it.
This is where you should be able to enter all the information we may need to execute your task.
We may reply to this information directly to your email if we feel we need anything else.
At this time, we are unable to offer custom coding on any systems or websites.
We encourage the use of site builders like Elementor, Divi, or Thrivearchitect for WordPress, as well as systems like come with a site builder by default like Wix or Squarespace.
This not only makes all of our lives easier, but allows us to keep on top of security. Custom code can become outdated, but updating plugins that are regularly checked by developers ensures there are no holes in security.
We usually aim to get tasks done between 2-3 business days, but if we feel the task will take longer, then we will always communicate this with you.
We usually ask that we are provided with any copy, images and branding before we start anything.
This is only really relevant for tasks that require your input; like social media templates, one-off landing pages, leaflet design, poster design, business cards and lead magnets.
Tasks like blog writing usually require a subject topic and our data and analytics task don’t require any input apart from logins to your platform.
We always include 1 edit in all of our prices.
Extra edits can be added at our discretion and in extreme cases.
